If the customer cannot make the Payment like the stated payment regulations, please call the Payment department for the solution of the problem. The company keeps the right for admission of the money which has come on the bank account of the company to decline, if the payment regulation differ from the Invoice specifications, as well as if the payment was made by a third person. In this case the company will send the money back to the bank account from which the payment was made. All costs which are connected with the given payment will be paid from the customer. The customer understands and agrees that the company does not bear the responsibility for the periods of the passageway of the bank transfer. The customer can complete the commercial invoice by means of the digital payment any time if at the time of the payment to the live account, the company works with the payment method. The customer can make the digital translation of the company’s account, like from the personal digital account, as well as from the digital account of the authorized person. Before the digital payment the customers have to prove the Payment data’s of the company account in the personal cabinet. The customer understands and agrees that the company is not responsible for the periods of the duration of the digital payments and for the circumstances which can cause the technical disturbance while transferring, but are to blame on the electronic payment systems in cause the problems where made by them.
